Developed over the last 2 1/2 years in order to replicate as closely as possible the performance of our bench top filter systems. Removing up to 99% of common contaminants including chemicals, heavy metals, bacteria, fluoride, bad taste and odours. The BioMax filter system has a flow rate of approximately 1.2 L per minute.
Provides great tasting clean, alkaline mineral water with pH range between 7.6 - 8.5 that is ionised and structured (magnetised). Over 60 bio available minerals added.
Filters up to 10,000 litres or 2-3 years.
We recommend installation by licensed plumber.
N.B. Tap/Faucet Not Included (as this is a personal design feature required to suit individual application at point of use)

I purchased this with a desire to create great drinking water free from chemicals and impurities. I considered the ongoing cost and was looking forward to the ease of fresh water to drink. Unfortunately, the system does not perform up to the level described on the product description. The filter lasts about 3 months instead of 12 and the flow rate is down to a trickle. It takes 5-7 minutes to fill up a 1 litre bottle. I have followed up with the company multiple times unsatisfactorily and feel left with a product that is subpar.

As per the contact touch points on multiple occasions, very few people experience the issues that you are having and it comes down to water quality at the end of the day. The product description clearly states that the filter lifespan is subject to average daily use and water quality. If your water quality is significantly subpar due to high levels of contamination, it is always going to affect the filter life, and therefore the filters will need to be changed more regularly as required.

Completely love the BioMax under sink filter. I had 3 methods of filtering already (whole house, under sink and countertop) and I bought the BioMax to replace the under sink and remove the countertop filter. This has made my life so much easier - just going straight to the tap for water without having to fill up counter top urn all the time is wonderful! On top of that the water is clean, crisp and I have reassurance that the family are drinking good quality clean water. I love this product and won't go without it now I have it.

I have just had my Bio Max installed and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I know that all contaminants including fluoride and micro plastics are being removed from my water giving my excellent healthy tasting water
I have had a Delphi for 20 years and was reluctant to purchase an unknown quantity. My fear were unsubstantiated as this filter is the best. The water flow is outstanding and know that the filters will last me up to 3 years. I highly recommend the Bio Max water filter.

Searched around and this seemed to be the best filter for what we wanted - Easy to install and makes great tasting water! Flow rate is fine, it’s a filtering process so it’s not going to be a fire hose but quick enough to be convenient. I work for a major water supply company in Queensland, if you could see the inside of your tap water pipes, you’d be putting a filter on too! Night and day difference over tap water and I love the added benefits of no fluoride, alkalising and remineralised. Good value for money. Customer service from the team was also 5/5 - delivering me a missing piece at short notice. Happy purchaser and peace of mind for my kids now too.
