Peter Robertson (3 times ICU World Champion Triathete and hall of fame inductee, dual Olympian, Commonwealth Games medalist, Ironman, elite performance coach)

Peter Robertson is Australia's most successful male short course triathlete. Well known for his meticulous training and event preparation with keen interest in natural healthy nutrition & hydration for peak performance. With three world Championships in 2001, 2003 and 2005, also representing Australia at two Olympics and Commonwealth Games taking home a Bronze medal in 2006.

Australian Institute of Sport Athlete of the Year in 2005.

Peter retired from professional competition in 2010 more from a lack of passion than competitiveness.

After a period of working with the AIS & Triathlon Victoria training tomorrow’s superstar triathletes, Peter reignited the passion he once had for the sport.

After two years of retirement, a re-found passion and dipping his toe into distance events like the Melbourne Marathon (Finishing equal 10th first time out), Peter returned to professional competition in 2013 with a focus on the Ultra distance Ironman events and a new goal of winning the coveted Hawaiian Ironman.

So far in 2014 Peter has successfully competed in his first two full distance Ironman events.

Ironman Cairns 3rd place

Ironman 70.3 European championship in Germany 2nd place.

Qualified for 2014 Ironman World Championships in Kona Hawaii before a training incident.

Peter now coaches a small group in metropolitan Perth WA

Sandra Dubs (Oz Food Trainer, Wholefood nutritionist, Natural food educator and Cooking teacher for 25 years, NIIM Academic staff)

Sandra has been a Wholefood Nutritionist, Natural Food Educator and Cooking Teacher for 25 years. In demand as a writer for multiple magazines, newspapers, public speaking and demonstrations.

Over the years Sandra has also been involved in importing, wholesaling and retailing natural foods.

Aside from owning and operating health food stores and health cafes, consulting and studying, Sandra also established the original Melbourne Japanese Cooking School in 1986 as well as health supportive Vegetarian and Macrobiotic-style cooking classes. In 1999 Sandra created and produced Australia’s leading nutritional vegetarian cooking on video/dvd “Sandra’s Whole Cuisine “

Sandra teaches at various venues including Box Hill Institute, Holmesglen Institute, Centre for Adult Education (CAE) Melbourne, overseas and at her private kitchen in Melbourne.

She has taught “Food As Medicine” at Monash University Medical School, Swinburne Department of Integrative Medicine and now runs her own adult education Nutrition and Wholefoods Course at Holmesglen Institute, CAE and in North Caulfield.

Being involved in the wellness movement, Sandra travels extensively, to study and experience with many masters of the health food movement, new developments in health, food as medicine, macrobiotics and natural food cookery

Dr Peter Dingle (Speaker, author, researcher, motivator, sustainable health advocate)

Dr Dingle has spent the past twenty five years as a researcher, educator and communicator. He has a Bachelor of Education in Science, a Bachelor of Environmental Science with first class honours and a PhD (1994). He has more than 100 scientifically reviewed papers, 10 books including "A supplement A day Keeps the doctor away, the great Cholesterol Deception and Take control and realise your potential". He conducts ongoing research into diet and nutrition, lifestyle and environmental impacts on health, well being and productivity. Dr D is one of the rare speakers who conducts and presents his own professional research. He is internationally recognised and often quoted by other speakers.

Dr Dingle was an Associate Professor and leading researcher in Health and the Environment at Murdoch University. In recognition of his excellence in teaching, he won the University’s “Teaching In Excellence Award” in 2001 and 2003, he won the coveted Vice Chancellor’s Award for outstanding community service. In 2003, Dr Dingle was a co founder in the award winning Living Smart Program which won the WA adult education award in 2003 and the Eureka Award with $10,000 prize money in 2004. In 2004 he was recognised with special commendation in the WA Environmental Awards and Greenhouses won the best education program and in the same year won the Conscious Living, Nova communicators award. He recently retired after 6 years as a director of the National Registration Authority in Canberra and the Amanda Young Foundation, and is currently a Director of Dingle and Bird Environmental.

Dr Dingle commits to over one hundred public and professional presentations each year. Demand is so high he may present up to 6 times a week. He is popular nationally and internationally for his lively presentations and has presented in 11 countries on 4 continents.

Dr Dingle has appeared on the Media for the last 20 years as expert in environmental and health issues and recently presented in the award winning 7 week TV series shown on SBS and now around the world “Is your home killing you”. He is currently in the planning stages for another TV series. He is a regular on current affairs programs such as Today Tonight and ABC programs like “Can we help” and featured on 4 corners and the 7.30 report. He has appeared on occasions on Sunise, George Negus and other programs. He is a regular on Australian and New Zealand (TV3) TV and radio news and presents a weekly radio program on 6PR and 96 FM. He does a fortnightly program with ABC regional radio and has had extended segments on various ABC radio programs over the years from Launceston to the Sunshine Coast and Geraldton. He is reported weekly in the national media and writes a column for the west Australian and a few public magazines.

Helen Padarin N.D

Naturopath, nutritionist, medical herbalist and author Helen Padarin has been in clinical practice since 2001. She works from 2 clinics in Sydney Australia, and recently took part in Chef Pete Evans production called The Paleo Way, filming recipes for the new TV show and has been on tour around Australia and New Zealand for the How to Cook the Paleo Way Tour.

Helen has been called on to write articles for popular health magazines, and wrote a chapter for a clinical textbook published by Elsevier in 2011. Since 2011 Helen has been a regular presenter and an ambassador for the Mindd Foundation, and has presented for Health Masters Live and ACNEM, providing post-graduate education for GP’s, naturopaths, nutritionists and other health care professionals. While living in NZ for over 4 years, Helen also lectured on anatomy and physiology for the NZ College of Massage at the NZ Institute of Sport, developed and ran corporate health programmes.

Helen holds a bachelor degree in Health Sciences (Naturopathy), advanced diplomas in nutrition, herbal medicine and massage and has completed extensive post-graduate training in treatment for metabolic, neurologic, digestive and immune disorders.

Helen is passionate about conscious living, real food, vital health and empowering individuals, families and organisations to find the joy in being well.
