I have been using the 600ml Waterman water filter for years now and absolutely love it. I have 2 at home and have found them to be the cheapest and easiest way to have pure 99% fluoride free water. The replacement filters are of exceptional quality and actually continue to filter good quality water for approx 3-6 mths (I test my waters ph to ensure I'm still getting the quality).
This product is also great for my fly in fly out working lifestyle because of it's small size and the fact that it weighs next to nothing.

I unfortunately purchased this product thinking it would be helpful for summer. Unfortunately water comes through the side and doesn't all go through the filter. I've been told to unscrew the filter and put it back in correctly which I have done numerous times. I tried contacting customer support with very slow responses telling me to take out the filter and put it back in. It's now past the 30 days and as it appears to be faulty I have to pay to send the item back. Don't waste your money.

We've been in touch every step of the way offering support and trouble shooting. With any company you need to return goods for warranty assessment, it's a standard practice. If the product is faulty it will be replaced or refunded.
As per previous correspondence 99.9% of customers experiencing your problem it is simply a matter of the funnel not being pressed in firmly enough to create a seal. In 17 years we have not had one of these filters fail when funnel is correctly installed, which we have advised requires firm pressure especially when new.Regards,

I have been using this water bottle for over 7 years and it is the best one you can find- I’ve looked at them all and this is by far the best in water quality, value for money and ethics.
Thank you Waters Co for looking after myself and my family- even my dogs get your water. My boys are shocked when they drink tap water from school as they are so used to your clean water.
