BIO 400/500/1000 Replacement Tap

The Bio Replacement Tap was easy to fit and works well.

Waters Co were very helpful and we are very happy with our new tap.

The tap is better than what it replaced in that its volume of water was more even. It is much harder to push to open it, which you would expect that it would last longer than its predecessor. It is still slow in pouring although it relies on the volume of water in it to push the drinking water through.

When I had an issue with the tap leaking the customer service team were amazing. New tap in the post with no fuss. Great to deal with professionals. Thank you
