Sometimes accidents happen and things get broken. Whilst our taps are pretty sturdy they can still get damaged. If it's leaking, before you buy one, try a tap service: Video Here

We needed a new tap for our water filter and Waters sent it out within a few days. It was better than the original and so easy to swap over. Thank you
Perfect. No drips and non metal push place is a nice improvement.
They are certainly sturdy enough. Our original tap began leaking. Cleaning & taking the whole system apart, 3 different times & re-tightening didn't fix the constant drip. Unfortunately new tap still has the same ripple design up inside the spout. This design is a germ collector & forever needs cleaning... NOT that easy once it's screwed into the glass reservoir. A smooth internal spout would be much less maintenance. Our Bio 500 lives on for many years to come with it's new tap. This is by far the best water filter system.
It’s great I have sent the other one back as requested it was dripping constantly since I got it .
I lovingly took apart my bio1000 to clean it, and the tap sheered off metal flakes, didn’t look right, sent WatersCo pics and a description of the issue, within the week they’d sent me the replacement part, no charges at all. We don’t know what caused it, I wonder if water in Adelaide, South Australia is particularly harsh? In about October 2021 my local council changed the chlorine from one type to another. Maybe that did it? Idk. But WatersCO sorted the problem! Definitely looking at an under bench system later in the year! I love WatersCO water filters; my water tastes delicious, I wouldn’t go back to tap!
