Replacing the new cartridge has had a positive effect. My skin was being irritated by the chlorine in the shower but now the red marks are fading and my skin looks softer. I hadn't replaced the cartridge for a year or so and it definitely makes a difference to have a new one.

The experience is great. I'm convinced the water feels better on the skin, and since i saw how much water is absorbed though the skin when you shower (not to mention the steam water you inhale) the better i feel with my choice
