0.5 Micron Pre-filter

Inline (plumbed in) and bench top filter systems suffer a common problem, which is a shortened lifespan due to removing heavy contaminants. Carbon and sediment filters can quickly clog up when removing various organic and inorganic particles larger than 0.5 microns, typically such things as: dirt, rust, sediment, bacteria and viruses.

By incorporating a specially sourced polypropylene 0.5 micron replaceable pre-filter pad as a first stage in our AceBio+ and bench top water filter systems, we can safely remove these contaminants and extend the life of subesquent carbon stages.
