I initially purchased a waters filter because I searched fir a few years for a good filter, one that could take out fluorine especially. There are many types of water filters and I’ve had a few, but I looked on line and found only 2 brands, and the bio waters was the best one. I went to their shop in Wellington and met Phil the owner of the business. Because of his passion for pure water and sincerity, I was really impressed. He also told me that the filter I came to replace which supposedly takes out fluoride, dies take out some, but uses an aluminum filter which gives you another type of poisoning. So that was it for me , I purchased the bio waters and my family are very happy after 3 years. Recently bi purchased another one for my son’s home in Melbourne.

I have attempted quite a few times to purchase a cover, they either go quick or there is a big demand. Whilst it is great I do believe it’s quite overpriced in terms of bang for your buck

They are definitely overpriced, however this is due to our ex supplier raising the price on us without notice and we have sold them at almost cost price. We are looking for a new supplier to produce these in the future at a more reasonable cost.

So happy with the wrap for my waterfilter. There isn't a spot in the kitchen that doesn't get direct sunlight at some point of the day. Having this wrap now prevents the ceramic insert turning green.

This cover fits perfectly and does exactly what’s it’s supposed to do. The thing I find annoying is the Velcro join is around the back. It would be more convenient if the join was around the front as that is the only way of checking the water level. Or perhaps a flap at the front to check the water level??
